Land Sale In Beloit’s Busy Milwaukee Road Corridor
July 13th, 2017Commercial Property Group is pleased to announce the sale of 3 Reynolds Drive in Beloit, Wisconsin. The 8.3 acre parcel located in the busy Milwaukee Road Corridor off of Cranston Road will be a multi lot development project. First up is a new Hilton branded hotel called Home2 Suites on approximately 3.3 acres. The extended stay hotel will have 102 rooms. The remaining land will be developed at a later date.
