Commercial Property Group has sold the former Advia Credit Union building located at 2525 Milton Avenue in Janesville. Commercial Property Group represented the Buyer in the transaction. The new owner will occupy the building along with 2 of the existing tenants.

Commercial Property Group is pleased to announce that Marling Lumber Company has signed a lease for 13,364 square feet of space at the former Rock Theater Building located at 1620 Newport Avenue in Janesville, Wisconsin.  This is in addition to Marling’s Home Works location on Highway 14 in Janesville.  Marling Lumber will distribute and modify hollow metal doors and frames along with the hardware that these products use at this location.  Commercial Property Group represented both the tenant and landlord in the lease negotiations.

Commercial Property Group is pleased to announce that they have leased 2200 Center Avenue on Janesville’s south side to a retail tenant.  CPG represented both sides of the lease negotiation.  The new tenant plans on opening in March of 2016.  The owner of the building, Arn Properties LLC, purchased the property in July 2015 from Heartland Credit Union.  Commercial Property Group represented both sides in the sale transaction.
