Commercial Property Group is proud to announce the sale of 1820 Center Avenue in Janesville. The Buyer plans on renovating Blackhawk Shopping Center and opening a grocery store. This operator runs other grocery stores in Madison and in the Chicago area.

Prairie Avenue Marathon Station

Another coffee offering will soon be available in the Prairie Avenue Corridor. The space inside the Marathon Gas Station at 2760 Prairie Avenue has been leased to Dunkin. Look for them to open sometime in the beginning of 2024.

Voigt Music New Location Downtown Janesville

Commercial Property Group was instrumental is negotiating Voigt’s new lease at their new location at 34-38 S. Main Street. CPG also sold both of their previous locations at 1712 Cranston in Beloit and 1401 W. Court in Janesville.
