Galleria on Prairie Pet Store

Commercial Property Group has leased out three spaces at The Galleria on Prairie in the last month. The highlight is a new 9,500 SF pet store in the center. Fauna Friends Expo is now open for all your pet needs.

Prairie Avenue Marathon Station

Another coffee offering will soon be available in the Prairie Avenue Corridor. The space inside the Marathon Gas Station at 2760 Prairie Avenue has been leased to Dunkin. Look for them to open sometime in the beginning of 2024.

Former Red Cross Building Beloit Sold

Commercial Property Group is pleased to have sold the former Red Cross Building at 318 State Street in Beloit to an out of town Buyer. The Buyers plan on opening a clothing boutique in the Spring of 2016.

Voigt Music New Location Downtown Janesville

In case you didn’t know, Voigt Music is now open in their new location downtown Janesville. Commercial Property Group was instrumental is negotiating Voigt’s new lease at their new location at 34-38 S. Main Street. CPG also sold both of their previous locations at 1712 Cranston in Beloit and 1401 W. Court in Janesville.
