Specializing in retail, Joel has been a consistent producer by coordinating the sale and leasing of all types of commercial property, and has played a role in development process for various retail projects, site selections, and investment property dispositions. Joel has received numerous awards including Top Agent in the State of Wisconsin. Some of the transactions and clients that he was involved with include Menards, Hendricks Development Group, Rogan Shoes, Marling Lumber, Road Ranger, Quiznos, Jimmy Johns, Arby’s, Noodles & Company, Sears, Dollar Tree, McDonalds, Yum Brands, Walgreens, Starbucks, O’Reilly Auto Parts, Golden Corral, Save-A-Lot, Hooters, and Hovde Realty.

Previous to commercial real estate, Joel operated a grocery wholesale business for 18 years managing 425 accounts in Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, and Minnesota. Joel is also very active in his community serving 4 years on the Beloit City Council, 2 years as a Rock County Board Supervisor, a board member of the Beloit Snappers Minor League Baseball Team, and Greater Beloit Economic Development Corporation.
