CPG is pleased to announce the sale of 1712 Cranston Road in Beloit, Wisconsin. The property has been home to Voigt’s Music store since 1998, and was sold to a local investor.
Plans call for exterior and interior renovations to prepare for a new tenant. Commercial Property Group represented the Buyer and the Seller in the transaction.
“We wanted to work with an organization with extensive market knowledge to represent our group in this acquisition” commented the buyer, Jamin Arn of Arn Properties, Inc. “Commercial Property Group’s intimate knowledge of the market has produced positive results, I would also say it was a perfect timing purchase for us. “We had a client ready to move in and Joel was able to put together the deal in a matter of days”.
Voigt’s President Tony Farrell Jr. said “Joel Patch and Mike Venable of Commercial Property Group have been an integral part of our store consolidation effort. Not only were they able to sell our Cranston Road property earlier than expected, they also helped negotiate the successful lease of our future store at the former Rock County Appliance in downtown Janesville. We simply could not have accomplished any of this without their professional guidance.”
“We are pleased to deliver yet another successful transaction for our clients. Everyone worked together and we couldn’t be happier for both sides,” stated Joel Patch of CPG.
