Joel Patch
Specializing in retail (Member of ICSC), Joel has been a consistent producer by coordinating the sale and leasing of all types of commercial property, and has played a role in development process for various retail projects, site selections, and investment property dispositions. Joel has received numerous awards including Top Agent in the State of Wisconsin. Some of the transactions and clients that he was involved with include Menards, Hendricks Development Group, Rogan Shoes, Marling Lumber, Road Ranger, Quiznos, Jimmy Johns, Noodles & Company, Arby's, Sears, Dollar Tree, McDonalds, Yum Brands, Walgreens, Starbucks, O'Reilly Auto Parts, Golden Corral, Save-A-Lot, Edward Jones, and Casey's General Store.
Mike Venable
Mike has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1977. He has been involved in the sale and leasing of Commercial and Retail property as a specialty for the last 10 years. He has won top sales person in the State of Wisconsin twice, and has been in the Top Producer ranks for the past 5 years. Mike works primarily in the acquisition and disposition of investment Real Estate and Industrial Buildings.
